Ich habe den Anybear Slow Juicer (Modell: SJ054C) gekauft, da er als sicher und „babynahrungstauglich“ beworben wird. Die Realität ist eine absolute Katastrophe: beim Öffnen des fabrikneuen Kartons schlug mir ein unerträglicher, extrem stechender chemischer Toxic-Geruch entgegen, der sofortige Atemwegsreizungen verursacht. Das Gerät musste direkt in den Flur verbannt werden!
Ein solches Gerät darf NIEMALS mit Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen. Hier werden Erwachsene und Kinder gleichermaßen durch giftige Dämpfe gefährdet. Als ich mich beschwerte, bot der Kundenservice sofort eine Erstattung an, ohne dass ich das Produkt überhaupt zurücksenden muss. Das zeigt überdeutlich, wie unfassbar billig, minderwertig und wertlos diese chinesische Produktion in Wahrheit ist.
Trotz dieser Zusage versucht der Kundenservice nun im Nachgang, mich mit Ausflüchten abzuspeisen und eigene Plattformgebühren von meiner Erstattung abzuziehen. Dieses Unternehmen vertreibt hochgradig mangelhafte Ware und täuscht Kunden bei der Rückabwicklung. Finger weg!

I purchased the Anybear Slow Juicer (Model: SJ054C) because it is explicitly advertised as completely safe and even "baby-food grade." The reality is an absolute disaster: upon opening the brand-new, factory-sealed box, I was hit by an unbearable, extremely pungent toxic chemical stench. These fumes are so aggressive that they cause immediate respiratory irritation. The appliance is simply impossible to store inside a living area and had to be banished to the hallway! A machine like this must NEVER come into contact with food. Adults and children alike are being slowly poisoned by these toxic vapors. Using this device to prepare juice poses a massive health risk.The Chinese customer service even admitted in writing via email that their packaging materials release extreme chemical outgassing, yet they refuse to honor their contractual "30-DAY Money-Back Guarantee." Instead, they are boldly trying to deduct their own Amazon platform fees from my refund. This company distributes highly defective, potentially toxic goods and scams customers during the return process. Stay far away from this device – it is a pure box of chemicals!

Eine Nutzung zur Saftzubereitung ist ein massives Gesundheitsrisiko.Der chinesische Kundenservice gibt per E-Mail sogar schriftlich zu, dass die Verpackungsmaterialien extrem chemisch ausdünsten, verweigert jedoch die vertragliche „30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie“. Received the juicer for my birthday and I’m loving it. Easy to prep and juice. Easy to clean and assemble. I’m so excited to make and drink my juices.
