Have had this Anybear vacuum sealer less than a year. Have had problems since the beginning, should have returned it to Amazon - my bad!
Instructions are pitiful to start with. Then the cutter doesn't cut, Have to use scissors to cut bags. Simply sealing bags works okay but vacuum sealing it challenging. Have NEVER had it vacuum sealer on the first try. I just tried five times to seal a pork chop in a bag and machine will not vacuum.
Buyer beware! PIECE OF GARBAGE!
Worked great at the beginning. Now it has keep getting error code. Can’t find how to contact them Amazon sent me a link but doesn’t work would not recommend
A year ago I thought I would purchase this on Amazon as it was almost half the price of the more expensive ones. I knew going in it was probably a bad idea and boy was I right. Less than a year and it no longer completes the vacuum cycle. I treated it with kid gloves and kept it clean to prevent any problems and it still failed. Spend more and get a quality product. I know I will next time. ms
Most of the time you have to stop and readjust the bags. Half the time no matter where you put the bag it will not complete the vacuum sealing process. Very poor working machine. Would not recommend buying
My sealer died today while I was sealing meat, which is all I use it for. Maybe use it 2 times a month. So a little disappointing. Can I find customer service anywhere…. Not really. I purchased on Amazon making it more difficult.
